Fresh Painter Required – 4 Bedroom Medium Size House We are seeking a reliable and skilled painter to paint the interior and/or exterior of a 4-bedroom medium-sized house. The job includes surface preparation such as sanding, filling cracks, taping, and applying primer and paint with brushes, rollers, or sprayers. Experience in painting residential homes and attention to detail are essential. Job Details Paint interior and/or exterior surfaces of a 4-bedroom house. Prepare surfaces by sanding, filling holes, and cleaning. Apply paint evenly and professionally. Protect floors and furniture with drop cloths. Clean up tools and work area after completion. Estimated duration: 4-6 days. Must take before and after photos of all areas painted. Failure to provide these photos will result in a 5% deduction from the agreed payment. Requirements Minimum 1-2 years of house painting experience preferred. Knowledge of paint types and application techniques. Ability to work efficiently and safely.
