Dust & vacuum 3 bedroom house, mop timber floors & clean 1 bathroom. Place is pretty tidy, just needs a spruce up. Not a difficult cleaning job, just time consuming that I don't have. No need to do dishes, tidy kitchen or any laundry. Have equipment here or you can bring your own.

- Bathroom cleaning (1 master bathroom w toilet, 1 common bathroom, 1 common toilet) - vacuuming and mopping / floor skirtings of 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, small laundry room, hallway, studio - dusting surfaces - wiping down kitchen counters / stove - cleaning sliding doors when needed (monthly or so) - changing bed linen (2 beds) $30 - $35 / hour, 3-4 hours We’re seeking someone to do a proper clean regularly on top of the simple cleaning we do everyday. We do a quick reset of the house every night, so it’s not in filthy condition. No kids / pets household. We are seeking someone with an eye for detail and initiative (rather than having to point out every dusty spot). We provide cleaning supplies. We do not wear shoes in the house, Robot vacuum goes on every day. Happy for you to clean in shoes but ask you take off shoes when floors are given the final mop. Looking for weekly house clean of: 1 bathroom (only shower and vanity, no bath) 1 toilet (only has a toilet in it, no vanity) Surface clean, with vacuuming and mopping floors, of kitchen (including stove top and the outside of some cupboards), hallway, lounge, laundry and 2 bedrooms.
