Vacuum carpets in lounge and 3 bedrooms, Vacuum and mop entry, family room, kitchen, hall, bathroom, toilet and laundry. Clean bathroom, toilet, laundry and kitchen (oven already cleaned). Cobwebs/dust from cornices and ligh fittings, marks off of walls and doors (only a couple of spots), window sills. door frames wiped. I would expect it to take me 3-4 hours doing it myself.

The cleaning was done well; however, they requested an additional payment, claiming the job was more extensive than expected. During our initial communication, I had clearly mentioned the presence of mould in the bathroom. They also quoted their price based on three hours of work, but the job was completed in just two hours. Therefore, the request for a higher payment was unclear to me, as no prior explanation or breakdown was provided

The househas 4 bedrooms but there is just a couple living there so only use one bedroom & one bathroom plus powder room. Kitchen clean, ensuite, dust, dining, family room. Once weekly. My previous cleaner (she moved) used to come for 2 hours. We have a robot vacuum that we have on prior to cleaner coming so only stairs & some hrd to get areas for vacuuming.
