The heating unit is just 2 yrs old and has run off the warranty on parts. The water is not as hot and has been diagnosed to have tempering valve issue. Must be licensed plumber and be able to provide no risk workmanship guarantee and parts guarantee. Provide scald protection with pipe work alteration if/as required and discard any parts.

Move Hot Water System Up ~50mm Need a wall-mounted Rheem hot water system raised approximately 50mm by relocating the mounting bracket to create clearance for a washer/dryer tower. Location: Como / South Perth
When: Morning of 21 July, ideally from early morning Please bring suitable equipment to safely support the tank while moving the bracket. Plumbing experience or a plumbing background is preferred, as the tank may need to be drained or partially disconnected if there isn't enough flexibility in the existing pipework. Need to install a Install a Rinnai Flowmaster 10 at my place. About 6 horizontal metres away from gas meter. Water pipes are 4 metres away. I have purchased the HWU already so only need a price to install. ATCO have cut off the gas so need to remove valve if all is okay. I'm in Marangaroo if not too far. I need a licensed plumber to replace an existing unit thats not working (it is a Rheem 191050 V7 outdoor electric storage hot water system) with a new model, supplied and installed - for a granny flat in Bayswater. Current situation: The existing unit is an indoor/outdoor approved - Rheem 191050 V7 (50L electric storage). It has stopped working and is nearly 7 years old. I would like someone to remove the old solar hot water system from my roof. It is in an awkward spot unfortunately, on the side of the house on a part of the roof that is quite steep. It has already been disconnected so no plumbing required.
