The hot Water is delivered at 72 degrees when it should be about 54 deg. So it needs a service, replacement of part(s) if necessary and a check of the anode. Parts not included in budget on next line. The gas heater is a Rheem Stellar model 850330 new in mid 2018.

Our hot water isn't working at all, in all areas of our home. Water is coming through fine from shower/ taps etc, but it's cold water. The switch I believe is meant to be flicked up but stays down?
