Hot water is luke warm, need a plumber to come check and fix. I also have some a leaking bath tap & shower tap that likely needs new washers.

I would like to relocate the hot water system. I would like to know if it’s possible to relocate this electrical hot water system to behind the entrance door. This entrance wall is the wall where the current hot water system is installed, on the other side. This wall is where the pipes are. If this can be done - please let me know what I need to do for you to be able to relocate. The quote should include your labour, material, electrical etc… Thank you

A plumber previously repaired a burst pipe about a week ago by welding/joining the pipe, but now another leak has appeared around 20 cm from the previous repair. The pipe is buried in soil near the hot water unit.
