The attached picture is existing hot water system which is leaking water. Please quote it to disconnect the existing unit, supply and install new continuous gas hot water system.

Existing system is an older Dux Proflo electric storage unit, approximately 80L / 2.4kW. The tank has rusted through at the bottom and failed. I’m looking preferably for one person who can handle the entire job themselves: - Attend and assess the current installation - Identify a suitable like-for-like or compatible replacement - Source and collect the replacement unit locally - Disconnect and remove the old system - Install/connect the new system - Complete the electrical reconnection if required - Test and commission everything I’m happy to pay the supplier directly for the new unit once you identify the correct model, or reimburse exact material cost against receipts. I’m specifically looking for the simplest compliant replacement, reusing the existing setup wherever it can legitimately be reused rather than automatically rebuilding all pipework. Access is straightforward. Please only offer if you can complete the full job tomorrow. In your offer, please mention your experience with electric storage hot-water systems, whether you can handle both the plumbing and electrical side yourself, and whether you can collect the replacement unit. Budget shown is for labour/pickup. Unit/material cost can be paid separately. To be done Friday or Saturday (sunday stores would be closed)

Need supply and install - Replace old open flued instant gas heater in bathroom and replace with sealed internal gas heater. Eg Bosch 16L internal or similar. Use existing wall hole for new coaxial flue.

Kitchen tap isn't going hot. I have hot water to all other taps in the house, just not the kitchen sink. Tap goes hot when aerator is adjusted but not all the time. Tap is a standard mixer tap.

Hot water taps have very low water pressure. Cold water taps are fine, it is only the hot water tap pressure need to be checked and fixed.

Its Winter in Bayswater! I need a licensed plumber to replace an existing unit thats not working (it is a Rheem 191050 V7 outdoor electric storage hot water system) with a new model, supplied and installed - for a granny flat in Bayswater. Current situation: The existing unit is an indoor/outdoor approved - Rheem 191050 V7 (50L electric storage). It has stopped working and is nearly 7 years old. Someone is currently staying in the granny flat, so this is urgent so if you can help - this is what I need: Supply + full installation of a new electric storage hot water system suitable for outdoor use Must come with a good warranty (preferably 7 years on the tank) Remove the old unit and take away all rubbish Provide full plumbing and electrical compliance certificates What I’m looking for: Happy with a direct replacement of the same model (Rheem 191050 series) as it’s still available and suitable outdoors etc) Also open to the Dux 50L Proflo from Bunnings (~$578 supply only) if it’s a good alternative I’m happy to be guided on the best option, as long as it’s a new unit from a reputable brand with a solid warranty and works in my setup. I understand prices will vary depending on the model chosen. I’m looking for a competitive all-inclusive quote for supply + install + removal + certificates (so Im not sure about new valves or whats included or needed - so please ensure its a workable option etc).
