The main shared bathroom, the shower has both hot and cold water but has very low water pressure. The bath has good water pressure, however no hot water comes through the hot tap (only cold water). The bath has separate hot and cold taps. I'm looking for a licensed plumber to inspect the issue, identify the cause, and provide a quote for any required repairs.

The heating unit is just 2 yrs old and has run off the warranty on parts. The water is not as hot and has been diagnosed to have tempering valve issue. Must be licensed plumber and be able to provide no risk workmanship guarantee and parts guarantee. Provide scald protection with pipe work alteration if/as required and discard any parts.

Hot water pressure too low. leaking water valve.

Need to install a Install a Rinnai Flowmaster 10 at my place. About 6 horizontal metres away from gas meter. Water pipes are 4 metres away. I have purchased the HWU already so only need a price to install. ATCO have cut off the gas so need to remove valve if all is okay. I'm in Marangaroo if not too far. I need a licensed plumber to replace an existing unit thats not working (it is a Rheem 191050 V7 outdoor electric storage hot water system) with a new model, supplied and installed - for a granny flat in Bayswater. Current situation: The existing unit is an indoor/outdoor approved - Rheem 191050 V7 (50L electric storage). It has stopped working and is nearly 7 years old. Someone is currently staying in the granny flat, so this is urgent so if you can help - this is what I need: Supply + full installation of a new electric storage hot water system suitable for outdoor use Must come with a good warranty (preferably 7 years on the tank) Remove the old unit and take away all rubbish Provide full plumbing and electrical compliance certificates What I’m looking for: Happy with a direct replacement of the same model (Rheem 191050 series) as it’s still available and suitable outdoors etc) Also open to the Dux 50L Proflo from Bunnings (~$578 supply only) if it’s a good alternative I’m happy to be guided on the best option, as long as it’s a new unit from a reputable brand with a solid warranty and works in my setup. I would like someone to remove the old solar hot water system from my roof. It is in an awkward spot unfortunately, on the side of the house on a part of the roof that is quite steep. It has already been disconnected so no plumbing required.
