Its Winter in Bayswater! I need a licensed plumber to replace an existing unit thats not working (it is a Rheem 191050 V7 outdoor electric storage hot water system) with a new model, supplied and installed - for a granny flat in Bayswater. Current situation: The existing unit is an indoor/outdoor approved - Rheem 191050 V7 (50L electric storage). It has stopped working and is nearly 7 years old. Someone is currently staying in the granny flat, so this is urgent so if you can help - this is what I need: Supply + full installation of a new electric storage hot water system suitable for outdoor use Must come with a good warranty (preferably 7 years on the tank) Remove the old unit and take away all rubbish Provide full plumbing and electrical compliance certificates What I’m looking for: Happy with a direct replacement of the same model (Rheem 191050 series) as it’s still available and suitable outdoors etc) Also open to the Dux 50L Proflo from Bunnings (~$578 supply only) if it’s a good alternative I’m happy to be guided on the best option, as long as it’s a new unit from a reputable brand with a solid warranty and works in my setup. I understand prices will vary depending on the model chosen. I’m looking for a competitive all-inclusive quote for supply + install + removal + certificates (so Im not sure about new valves or whats included or needed - so please ensure its a workable option etc). Hot water is not working. Possible electrical fault with the heat pump system, as the safety switch on the switchboard tripped when the unit was last on. Looking for a licensed electrician to inspect and advise on any repairs required. Repair work can be quoted separately if needed.

Gas Hot Water System Pilot Light Won't Ignite (Rheem / Eurosit 630 Valve) Need someone experienced to help relight the pilot light on my gas storage hot water system. It has been turned off for about a month. The main gas supply is ON and other gas appliances (stovetop) are working fine. When we tried to light the hot water pilot following the cover instructions, we couldn't hear any gas flow through the unit. The unit uses a Eurosit 630 control valve. It likely has an airlock or needs a proper bleed/reset. No parts should be required.

The relief valve is dripping. Required: - Valve to be replaced and tested. (Tasker/Service provider to provide) - General checking/ testing the hot water system ensure the hot system is working and suggest what other items are due to be replaced if any. Ps: The hot water system is currently working and producing hot water, but the valve is dripping more than 24 hours now.

The hot Water is delivered at 72 degrees when it should be about 54 deg. So it needs a service, replacement of part(s) if necessary and a check of the anode. Parts not included in budget on next line. The gas heater is a Rheem Stellar model 850330 new in mid 2018.
