No hot water coming out of the taps. Hot water unit's outlet feels very hot, I pulled the temperature/pressure relieve valve and the water coming out is very hot too. So my guess is the tempering valve is faulty and needs a replacement, the yellow cap is loose and can rotate freely.

Hi! I'm an idiot and in installing a shower screen, have hit the hot water pipe to the bathroom. I've drilled a hole in it. I have turned the hot water system off, so there's no water coming out. It is coming out of this hole, as shown in the photo. It is behind the tiles. I've also attached a photo of the back of the unit, where the pipe is entering into the bathroom from the hot water system (I did not check this originally, because I am an idiot) Basically I need this hole repaired so we can have hot water again.
