We need a suitably qualified tradesperson to attend an Airbnb property in Boondall where the hot water system is currently not working. We have already tried turning the system off and back on again at the electrical switchboard, however this has not resolved the issue. We don’t currently have photos of the system available. The property is currently occupied by an Airbnb guest, so it is important that whoever attends is professional, respectful of the guest and able to work around the guest’s availability for access. We will coordinate an appropriate attendance time with the guest once we know your availability. We’re looking for someone who can: Attend and diagnose the cause of the hot water issue. Repair the issue during the same attendance where possible. Advise us before proceeding if additional parts or substantial repairs/costs are required. Communicate professionally while onsite, as this is an occupied short-term accommodation property.
