Need to connect a new 43” TV to floor plate and sound bar

I need 1x large picture 1x large picture wall mounted on gypsum plaster. There is brick behind so the right drill and drill bits are needed. Tv is 65” and approx 25kg. Picture is 1.4 x 1.2m and approx 8kg. I have the TV bracket but need the picture hanging fittings supplied.

My antenna has come loose and is about to come off - Refer to photos It is currently screwed into the timber but one of the timber slats that it is screwed to has rotten and come loose. I think it might need a new timber piece or longer screw to get a firm hold.

I have two old satellite dishes and a TV antenna on my roof. I’d do it myself but am no good with heights! They are unpowered. I do need the connections and bolt holes capped / sealed to prevent water ingress. Roof is terracotta tiles. You can use my ladder to access the roof easily from the balcony pictured. I don’t need the rubbish taken away (I’ll deal with that) so don’t include any tipping fees in the cost. Happy to answer any questions. Thanks
