Put a new TV point for this old style ribbon cable alternatively bring a new cable down from the antenna. This is a top floor apartment there is already NBN conduits with cables coming down into the apartments and I'm assuming a new cable from the antenna can be brought down this as well.

I have purchased a Samsung Frame TV that needs to be mounted flush to the wall. To enable this we need to have a recessed box supplied and installed that is capable of holding the Samsung Connect box, an AppleTV and have the exisiting power point relocated into this box as well.
