Replacing the battery of the fire alarm in apartment

Hi, I've got two wired fire alarm systems in my unit that need to be replaced with newer units. The current units are wired.

My boyfriend needs his alarm system reset. He accidentally changed the password and triggered the alarm. To make the alarm siren stop he had to cut the wire for the battery and shut off the main power switch supplying the alarm. It is a Hills NX-16 System. When he turns the main power on the siren sounds again.

Need someone to Fix exhaust fan in our toilet and to put back fire alarm in the ceiling + Fix door handles + fix a broken standing desk. The standing desk will need a new battery or box that makes it go up and down

I have a Paradox K37 keypad module. The Paradox base kit is a Magellan MG 5050. It's been playing up and I need a complete reset. It has 4 internal motion sensors, and an outside X2 Combo Siren & Strobe.

I have 8 x HiLook IPC240-H security cameras in home we just rented . There is also a HiLook NVR . I need system to be commissioned By commissioned I mean , working Cameras are installed The password was changed on nvr which meant cameras no longer work as password on cameras do not match Cameras need to be reset Cameras are ilook T240-H I cannot find reset button on the camera

Change fire alarm battery which is on the ceiling at about 3.5m height, so a tall enough ladder is needed. You will need to bring your own ladder! May need to allow enough time to go buy the appropriate battery.
