Scope of Works: Debris & Weeds: Rake and clear heavy leaf litter and dropped berries across the entire yard (lawn, pavers, and stairs). Hand-pull weeds between stepping stones, along the fence line, and around the brickwork. Lawn Care: Mow and whipper-snip the grassy areas for a neat finish around the edges and planter boxes. Pruning: Perform a gentle canopy lift on the main central tree (trimming low-hanging branches) and trim back any foliage encroaching on the wooden stairs and side passage. Pressure Washing: High-pressure wash the concrete stepping stones, wooden stairs, and the brick paving under the BBQ area to remove moss, dirt, and berry stains.
