Need the air conditioning in my Bondi Junction 3 bedroom apartment serviced. The units in the living room and one of the bedrooms is rarely used but the units in the other 2 bedrooms are used frequently in summer but not in winter. The following information is from my apartment operations manual. "The apartment is fitted with a VRF Heat Pump air conditioning system consisting of a slim ceiling concealed indoor unit in the living room and all the bedrooms. These bulkhead type units are provided by LG Electronics. The external condenser unit for the apartment is located on the roof" Just a bit more information as this task may be more difficult than first posted. From memory the unit in the living room was difficult to reach the last time it was serviced as the technician said his arm was too short. Also the vent/grilles in the living room is quite long so it may require a second person or I can assist (see pic)

Supply and install a Daikin 5.2kW Super Multi NX model number 3MXM52RVMA. It is to be installed in an apartment in darling point on the second level. There will be 2 indoor heads as noted in the floorplan. It is double brick I believe and is on the second level. The unit will be on an adjacent balcony as far as the distances between outdoor unit, indoor unit and switchboard, I am not sure of the exact distances but here is the floorplan with the relative locations on it
