Ducted system not cooling. Possibly the plenum has detached from the main head causing the cold air to remain in the roof space. This has been repaired before (2 months ago). We may look at having it replaced at a later date. Would be happy with a temporary solution for now if that is possible. Attaching image showing aircon on and zones turned on. Property has current guests.
