Currently I have a working though dated 7 kW split system air conditioner installed which I would like to have replaced with a brand new one. The roof penetration and electrics can obviously remain the same but I would like some new copper pipes to go with the brand new air conditioner install. This job will require the outdoor units (old & new) to be taken through the window opening as per the picture then hoisted up to the roof as per the picture next to that ladder. There is no other access to the roof. This will need to be done on a weekend. We have not purchased an air conditioner yet but we can supply that. We do have an elevator on site to get up to our level however the last bit of the outdoor unit will have to go through the window and hoisted a few metres. Install a 9kW/10kW reverse split cycle Kelvinator air conditioner system. I believe it's a back to back install. The outdoor unit will be on the floor and is within 3metres of cabling. Please see images. Model number: KSD90HWJ Our electrician has connected a separate circuit for the unit already.

I live in a Ground Level apartment. This AC is split system, it has its motor outside and its head inside my apartment. I've noticed water on the floor a couple days ago. Most likely it's a clogged drain line but am not 100% sure - Due date: Flexible

Install one 9/10kw Kelvinator 9.0kW Split System Reverse Cycle Inverter Air Conditioner DRED Enabled KSD90HWJ. The unit will be installed in the living room with high ceiling (3 metres) on the first floor that is an open floor plan around 60 square metres. Floor plan and images of the desired indoor and outdoor locations are highlighted. There is an existing outdoor AC unit which services an upstairs bedroom. We would like the Kelvinator's outdoor unit on the floor next to this existing outdoor AC unit if possible. Image attached. The switchboard is on the opposite end of the first floor. Unsure if we need an additional circuit breaker as every slot seems to be used. We have an existing spot in mind above the TV. The AC failed to turn on most likely on account of rain, the cables I am showing in the photo look peeled off. My AC has been there almost a decade and hardly been used, only once in a blue moon during summer season. Looking for service to fix ASAP.
