Maintenance on airconditioning unit

maintenance service on a wall mounted LG Smart inverter AIr conditioner. LG Smart Inverter split type Room aIr conditoner {Model T 12AWN-NM17 (S4NW12ML3PA)] . It's working fine so no known issues.  

Air conditioning is broken, it turns on but the air does not come out cold. Looking for advice if it can be fixed? Might need a filter or a new part replaced?

My air condoning has stopped working as well as it was before and it may need a service. Was fully working before but not too sure what's happened and need some assistance.

I currently have Fujitsu air con in one bedroom and want to add aircon to the other bedroom. Might need a multi head system (current one is not) but still weak enough to not require its own power circuit.

I have a smallish balcony that a large air conditioner condenser sits on. I want a vented enclosure to hide the machine and that can support a gas’s bbq on top. Whether made of timber, aluminium or some sort of composite, I don’t really care. As long as it’s practical, aesthetically pleasing, will weather well, and can support a BBQ, I’ll be happy. Had a carpenter booked in for an estimate but he’s let me down. I need someone that will stick to their commitment and will be reasonable with pricing. Will prefer a tradie to look at the job in person before committing to it and a price.

Looking to install a Mitsubishi Heavy Industries 5.0kW Avanti Air Conditioner Split Reverse Cycle Set in the living room of a 2 bedroom apartment.
