Request a repair service regarding ongoing issues with two my Daikin air conditioners. In Jan of 2024 I had Daikin service team come to repair a water leakage issue, but unfortunately, the problem has returned this year. Both the master bedroom and second bedroom units are leaking water when using cooling function— not just small drips, but at times pouring out like a shower. I’ve attached a pics showing the current mild leakage, but I couldn’t capture the more severe leakage on video. Additionally, there is a loud buzzing noise coming from the ceiling, resembling an electrical current sound, which happens intermittently in the afternoon or at night. The air conditioner is leaking, possibly because the water pump in the ceiling is broken and no longer pumping water I guess. Please find attached videos and photos of the leakage and affected areas.
