I need a qualified hydronic heating specialist to service my boiler. I had someone out for a quote that gave me this information but then never got back to me. My price is for labour only, parts covered. Needed: Install new partidge box actuator and thermistor and pressure valve, to suit MVI421 Drain and recharge vessel and replace PRV. Put hose on manifold to pull air through.

Blanco BOSE665X electric oven has power (the clock/display works), but the oven itself won’t switch on — no fan, heat, or response when trying to use any cooking modes. I’ve checked the switchboard and wall isolator, both are fine. This may be an issue with the heating element, internal fuse, thermostat, or control panel. Looking for an experienced appliance technician to diagnose and repair. The original door seal made (black rubber) was replaced last year after which the heating takes too long (and doesn't even heats up properly). My house has an old split system air con. Brand is “Global Air”. I have cleaned the filter of the in the air con unit but temperature is still not cold. The system was in the house when I moved in 3 years ago and appears to be >10 years old. It has probably not been serviced for a long time and refrigerant may need refilling. No obvious damage to internal or external unit. Seeking tradesperson to diagnose and fix problem. Not interested in buying a new a/c as I have alternative heating in the house and only need the a/c for a few hot days a year.
