Job Description: I live on the 3rd floor of a 3-storey apartment in Carlton North. My air conditioner works fine for heating, but the cooling function isn’t working properly. A technician has already checked the indoor unit and confirmed it’s fine. The issue is likely with the outdoor/roof unit. The challenge is that there are no stairs to the roof, so an EWP (elevated work platform) or similar will be needed for access. I’m looking for an air con technician who can: - Inspect the roof unit to diagnose the cooling issue. - Advise if it’s a simple repair/part replacement or if a full replacement is needed. - Help organise or advise on EWP hire (no roof stair access). I can maybe help with this. - Be great if you can bring a potential replacement unit in case that’s required — to avoid multiple visits and extra costs. I’d like someone experienced who can troubleshoot, explain my options, and assist with access logistics. Location: Carlton North (3rd floor apartment, roof access only via EWP).

I have a heater that has come out of the wall on one side. Bracket is still attached on the other side but hole in the wall now as shown in pics. Need someone who can fix and put back into wall.
