Hello, I’m just looking for someone to come out to look at my air conditioning. I’ve cleaned the filter regularly but it’s still leaking for some reason. I just would like someone to come have a look at it.

I'd like to get a quote for the cleaning of the split system air conditioners Daikin in apartment. 1 in living room (connected to the building system) and 1 in the bedroom (with its own outdoor unit) See photos. The cleaning is usually done every 12 months, so standard cleaning would be good. The specialist should have current licence, as I'd need to have an invoice confirming that the professional service was provided to present to the Body Corporate. The date for service is 6th or 7th of March, afternoon preferably. Thank you.

A screw seems to be missing from the air conditioning vent which has fallen down and is hanging off its hinges, although this will need to be assessed. The vent needs to be screwed back into place or fixed somehow so that it stays closed. It has been temporarily fixed with duct tape (shown in photo).

I have moved into an apartment which has two air conditioning units. Both could probably do with a service however one is not working all together and has red flashing light.
