Hi, just working on preparing our house for sale. We need help hanging doors, gyprock work, patching holes, preparing areas for painting etc. I am thinking, a few hours on the weekend, over a few weeks. I want to try and spread out the expense. The carpenter has done his first part. He will be lining in the ensuite with villaboard and will line the ceiling in the ensuite he will line the wall in the bedroom with Gyprock only. The job requires. 1- the cornice in the bedroom, 3.2 meters long - 90mm cornice 2- set all the joints in the ensuite (villaboard) and bedroom (Gyprock) - ensuite is 3.2m x 2.4m x 0.9m (all 4 walls) - Bedroom wall 3.2m x 2.4m 3- sqaure set the two doorways shown which will be enlarged by carpenter. 4- square out the archway doorway. 5- patch up 3 holes in ceiling from the fan & two down lights being relocated in bedroom. 6- patch 1 hole in the wall in the laundry room where electrical switch is relocated 7- Patch 2 holes in the laundry ceiling where down lights relocated.
