Fixing wall gyprock ,sanding and painting

Ceiling gyprock replacement / repair works. There are total of 4 areas that require replacement which includes replacing damaged 90mm cornices as well. Living room 1. Replacement of ceiling, approx 10sqm 2. 90mm cornice, approx 12lm Bathroom 1. Sand and patch 2. Paint Kitchen & laundry 1. Replace cornice, approx 3lm 2. Patch and sand 3. Paint Common area 1. A frame ladder and planks (no scaffolding needed) 2. Replace cracked ceiling+ cornice where applicable. 3. Paint Note: Floor protection on all areas is a must and clean the site after completion.

1. Build an acoustic wall - with double door, wall is 5.7x3.4m High. Build a stud wall with gyprock, double doors, solid core doors. It will be in front of the wall shown on Photo 1 2. Build another light weight wall - 5.5m wide by 3.4m High. Plasterboard on both sides with insulation. It will be in fromt of the doors shown on Photo 2. On the left hand side we need a manual sliding door that is lockable. Clean up and take rubbish with you.

Need 4 holes patched. I still have the gyprock cuts outs that were removed..

Hi, i m telecom tech . I made a mistake at customer house. So i need to fix that. Looking for someone can fix small hole in gyprock with 4 screw hole. Customer got original paint at his home. You need to fix those holes and paint . I am ready to pay 100$ . But need it done by tomorrow.
