Need to repair the back door gate’s screw as few of these are broken.

I need a baby gate to be removed from the bottom of a staircase. It was drilled in at four points. I’ll then need it to be patched with a fast drying filler and repainted. Will need to be done on the same day, and done ti a high standard as it’s a rental property I’m moving out of. Paint will be supplied. Not needed til the last week of July.

I have two side gates and need to have locks fixed. I have attached the locks that I have already purchased. Preferably Monday/Fridays mornings or weekends would be ideal to do the job.

I have 4 x swing gates that are about 1.4 meters wide. I’m looking at having them cut and welded together to form 2 x swing gates at 2.25 meters each for my driveway that’s 4.5 meters wide. I think they are made of steel because the fridge magnet sticks to it.

I need my side gate fixed. It doesn't open/close properly. It scrapes along the pavers and there is a piece of wood that it could latch in to but it doesn't have anywhere to lock in. One of the 3 glass pool gate doesn’t shut naturally. May be the hinge. The other one is a bit stiff may need wd40. Third one is fine
