I need a professional to help with my automatic gate in Larrakeyah, Darwin, NT. The gate uses a BFT BT A400 controller and an Ecosol solar power system to run on battery and solar energy. I’ve installed a Remootio 3 remote control device, but it only works if I use another remote first to "wake up" the gate; otherwise, the system goes into sleep mode and doesn’t respond. I need someone to fix this so the Remootio 3 works reliably on its own. Should have experience with automatic gates, solar-powered systems, and remote controls. Please bring tools and be ready to troubleshoot on-site.

A old pool fencing that is bolted into ground that needs to be removed. Over the years the bolts that hold the gate down, require the right tools to do the job. Getting paving done in the area hence the timeframe.

I have an old spa in the back yard. It had corrugated iron sheeting put around it for aesthetic reasons (!) but now it is old and damaged and a bit dangerous. I need the corrugated iron removed, some rubble - concrete blocks / piping / rubbish around the spa, and the plumbing all removed. And the cage door left and a lock put back on it.
