The current post has started cracking the welds at the bottom of the post and I feel a new post and also a bracket needs to be added that stabilizes the top of the post so the actual concrete wall.

Looking for someone handy to knock up a swinging side gate to the side of our house With timber pailings on a metal frame. Main post already installed and supporting existing side fence. Few services on the house to contend with. Happy for it to swing either way. What ever works out to be easiest.

We are located within Morayfield Health Hub on the far left-hand side of the building underneath the childcare centre. There is parking available directly out the front of our office space. I need an internal sliding door removed and one by baby gate reinstalled. This was pulled off the wall by a toddler and I need it reinstalled into the space. The internal sliding door needs to be removed as children keep fitting their hands into the gap and getting them caught.

I need a secure fence with gate to keep my cat in the yard, so it has to be reasonably high - at least 2M. The 3 photos show the area from the rear patio RH side to the colorbond fence. This is the area to be fenced, about 3 metres. The fence needs a gate to allow me and mower, wheelbarrow etc access to the front yard. Functional is fine, nothing fancy. Need a handyperson to install a short 4.5m line of aluminum pool fence including gate. (We're managing the rest of project and the compliance etc - just need help getting started). It will be one 2.4m panel, one 97cm gate, and then one smaller 1m panel that will need to be cut to size. You will need to supply: - Drop saw or hack saw that can cut aluminum - Tool to dig inground post holes 600mm deep x 200mm diameter - Drill for drilling Tek screws into brackets Job is to: - Measure out and dig 4 x post holes, ensuring accuracy of measurements - Concrete posts in - Cut panel to size - Install panels - Install gate (hinge, latch etc) Pictures below of yard - it's just a line to block off back of yard at this stage. I have all materials except for tools mentioned above. Fencing is Oxworks Flat Top Aluminium Panel and Gate, and D&D Magna Latch & TruClose Hinge Pack.

Need someone to weld a new piece of steel on top of gate. I can remove old piece and have it ready for you. Would be ideal you could source the steel. I can get the measurements.

Electric gate sliding and stopping half way

The hinge on the bottom of the pool gate has rusted through. I have bought replacement pool gate hinges ,but I have severe Rheumatoid Arthritis and cannot hold the drill. Would appreciate it done asap.
