Gate latch replaced, new kitchen cabinet handles installed

The highlighted "rivet" or screw is loose and almost out of the D-latch mechanism. Not sure if it can be repaired or if it needs to be replaced . If replaced it would need to be in black.

Electric Gate needs wooden panels re-cladding, painting and maybe waterproofing. The steel frame is in great condition however four of the wooden panels have come loose and definitely need replacing. The others might need to be looked at to ensure they are not going to go the same way. They will also need painting so that there is no water Ingres. This might require a fitting on the top of the gate to direct water away from the panels below.

The location of the gate is currently good neighbour fencing. Requires ‘shorting’ of the fence, concreting fence post and installing gate. Perhaps easier to explain via phone conversion.

Rust to be removed from 4 gate posts (sanding or grinding). Corrosion protection to be applied to the 4 posts and then repainted.

We have a makeshift fence which was used for keeping chickens out of the carport. We now have a puppy and need it replaced with a permanent dogproof fence and gate. Acacia steel panels preferred.
