Job Description I’m looking for someone to refresh and tidy the front exterior of my house, including the rock garden beds, driveway, and surrounding areas. What’s needed: 1. Rock Garden Bed Clean-Up • Remove weeds and spray with weed killer • Rake and clear debris • Top up and level all rock garden beds with fresh limestone rock to match the original look (see reference photo) • I can supply rock, or you can supply for an additional fee — please advise in your quote 2. Tree & Shrub Pruning • Prune back tree branches touching or close to the house/gutters • Trim/shape shrubs along the rock garden edges • Must bring own pruning tools and work safely on a sloping block 3. Pressure Cleaning • High-pressure clean: • Driveway • Concrete paths • Area underneath the balcony • Must have your own pressure washer (or let me know if you need me to hire one) 4. We have cut down several small weed trees and plants and some bramble and need them taken to the tip. The garden is large and very steep so it’s harder work than it might look in the photos. There is some other garden waste not in the pictures too. We also have about 1.5-2m of soil at the top that needs to be taken lower down the garden. There will be more work of this type coming up. I’ll be using a hedge trimmer to knock out some waist high weeds. Will need these removed and taken wherever these things go alongside some cardboard boxes. Lawns need a mow and or whipper snip (neither of which I have). Please help. Garden isn’t huge but weeds are out of control hence the hedge trimmer.
