Two overgrown garden beds need clearing, including weeding, rose trimming back, blackberry removal (not by spray). Can pay based on hourly rate.

We live on a vertical block and are looking to sell. As such, I need the following to make the property presentable: 1. Basic weeding from front and back garden (removal of trad, grasses, vines and other weeds). 2. Removal of a large number of fallen tree ferns. 3. Free mulch needs to be sourced (lots around the Dandenong Ranges and especially on Belgrave-Hallam road) and placed in and around the front garden where weeds have been removed to make it presentable. IMPORTANT: This job requires you to have a large large trailer or cage. I am not fussed how you dispose of the weeds/ferns, as long as they are removed from the property. HOW LONG WOULD IT TAKE? Hard to say. For one person, this job may take about a day. For two, halve that and so on. Happy for you to split the money as you see fit.
