Initially there is a bit of clean up then want someone to do garden maintenance including mowing/whipper snipping, garden clean up if required, pulling out long weeds and spraying rest, Every fortnightly or every 3 weeks during winter/autumn when it doesn’t grow as quickly. Since it’s 2 tasks initial and ongoing the value I am going to enter will be the maintenance ongoing budget, obviously after ispection we can agree on this and work out the initial price. Previous gardener would spend about 45 mins per fortnight or 3 weeks so going to base quote on $90 an hr which would equate to $70 per fortnight (approx 45mins).
