Hi there, I have a 1-person unit in Chermside that comes with a small backyard area. I've neglected this area for 2 years (sorry). The space is, I want to say, about 8 square meters? See photos. It's 90% gravel but weeds are growing through it. These weeds are all dead after spraying weed killer but still need weeding and removal. There are further overgrowing weeds at the back fence section which is a thin strip of bark/soil. There is also a small tree thing growing (in photo). Trunk is no wider than about 10cm diameter. Need someone to basically remove all these weeds and clear up the area of any e-waste (take with you to dispose of please). Photos provided so you know what to expect. The section is seriously small, I don't really expect this to take long for someone with the proper tools/know-how. I have included photos of how the area looks currently, and how I need the area to look like (more or less) afterwards. Basically how it was when I moved in. Should be obvious which photos are which. Need someone to just whipper snip around garden bed and up side of the house and also take any excess grass. Not a big job just need to clean up as I am leaving property and need my bond back.

Hedges need to be trimmed. Weeds need to be removed, grass whipper snipped and leaves etc removed from the gardens (tidy up). Price is $5 as I don’t have a budget and just looking for offers. I will take photos tomorrow and send them to you when required 😊
