Cut grass, tidy yard, remove weeds and trim hedges medium size lawn. Allowance for 4 hours work (should be plenty our old gardener would take 2 hours max but it hasn’t been done in a while so will need longer than the normal 2 hours this time). If it works well looking for it to become regular every couple of weeks. Any additional time will be paid at $40 per hour. I live on the 5th level of an apartment complex and I have several Buxus on my balcony need trimming. See photos attached for an understanding. I will have the individual ball pots moved out from their place for easier access before your arrival. If I'm happy with your first trim I will require routine trimming, so I'm looking for someone longterm.
