This is a one off task to start with, but may lead to doing it more often. I am selling a house, and now live an hour away from it. I had been spending one day every weekend travelling and spending 2-3 hours tidying outside in preparation for the weekend opens. I have now injured myself and can no longer do it. The garden is in good shape, it is a tidy up. This includes: - mowing and whipper snipper the small lawn out the front - leaf blowing and putting those leaves in the bin - front and back yard - and putting that bin on the curb if it is the right week. - a bit of weeding, but only anything very obvious - watering the plants - there are hoses at the front and back The above tasks can easily be done in 2 hours. But if there is heavy rain (like there will be this Saturday) - there is poor drainage at the property, so the job requires cleaning the front porch, and one part of a back path that gets dirt/mud swept onto it in heavy rain. That would take the job to 3 hours. That is why this job MUST be done this Sunday morning. After the wild weather on Saturday, but before the open house on Sunday afternoon. Depending how long it takes my injury to heal, this could turn into a weekly job. You would need your own lawn mower and whipper snipper, mine are at the other house. There is a leaf blower and extension cord at the property. There is also a broom, mop, shovel and rake stored there. FYI when you see the photos - the small lawn out the front is real and needs mowing, the lawn in the backyard is fake grass and needs raking.
