We have a small number of indoor and outdoor plants across our Paddington showroom and office that need regular care to keep them healthy. Nothing intensive — we're looking for someone with genuine plant knowledge who can come in periodically (roughly once or twice a month) to check on them, water as needed, remove dead growth, and flag anything that needs attention. What's involved: - Watering and general health checks - Pruning/removing dead leaves - Identifying any issues (pests, overwatering, soil, etc.) and advising - Occasional repotting or feed if needed Schedule: Flexible — we're thinking fortnightly or monthly depending on what the plants need. Not a weekly commitment. Location: Paddington, Sydney. Ideal person: Someone who actually knows plants and can use their own judgement, not just someone who'll water and leave. Looking for help gardening including weeding, plant trimming/removal and general maintenance of garden. There is quite a lot of work to do so the scope is flexible. I’d like to clear the overgrown pot plants and clean the moss off the pavers. Some of the pots can be relocated but a fair bit of greenery/ pots will need to be tipped. Most of the moss can be cleared with a shovel but would be great to also blast with a gurney. Note that the property is on a hill, and some of the pots will be heavy. Street access isn’t great.
