There's the 2 narrow strips along my driveway that needs some attention. On the one directly beside the house, there is a hedge plant that is dying so I need to get that removed and also potentially the one beside it and re-plant something that'll be easy to maintain. On the other side near the fence, I'd also like to remove the weeds and existing plants and replace them with smaller flowering plants that'll be easy to maintain and do not grow out too quickly compared to the existing shrubs. The length of the area that needs attention along the driveway is around 5-6meters and I would like to also get advice on what will be suitable replacement plants to put on both sides. Around the corner near my AC unit, there is a ~1x2m area of mulched ground where I had previously dug up old hedge plants to make way for the aircon unit but there's lots of grass and weeds popping up. Would like your help to clear that and also advise best way to prevent grass/weeds reappearing be it through adding mulching or other options.
