Deck that needs removal is approx. 25 sqm and cabana as well. The cats are very good escape artists so needs to be top to bottom completely secure with a strong mesh wire, preferably with a gate to be able to go into the garden as we also have dogs. Old decking and joists underneath decking needs to be removed. I can dispose of it all so just need it chopped to approximately 40cm lengths. Beams (joists) also need to be chopped to the same length. Does not need unscrewing so should be pretty straightforward. - Due date: Needs to be done as soon as possible.

We are looking to have the timber deck sanded back to remove the previous coating (Spa-N-Deck). Followed by 2 coats of oil. The deck is about 30m2 with 1 step down.

Our back garden deck needs to be re-stained in time for summer, as starting to look a little grey and dry. It’s a fairly simple deck, approximately 5.5m x 5.0m in size. There is also some detailing around the BBQ area and accompanying bench. Will need to be prepped. Equipment, materials and stain not provided. Experienced painters/decorators only.
