Hi, my garage door has a few issues I need help with. It looks like the main problem is a broken or loose bracket near the spring at the top of the door, which may need to be refixed to the wall. The door is also noisy and doesn’t move smoothly, so it likely needs some maintenance and polishing for smoother operation. The opener (Chamberlain CS105MYQ) works but isn’t the main issue. my garage door sometimes doesnt close and halfway goes back up. i need to put a bit pressure to pass a specific point to help it closes. sometimes also it closes by itself without any issues. i can see one wheel in the left side at specific point stop rotating and so it happens
