The roller door itself is still installed and currently works manually, however the automatic motor/opener is no longer working. And it makes a super loud screech noise when opening. Approx. door size: 3m wide × 2.3m high. Garage door is closing but struggles to open

Looking for someone experienced with Centurion garage door openers to carry out a general service/maintenance. The garage door occasionally gets stuck while closing and reverses back up. If I press the button again, it usually closes normally the second time. I’d like this issue checked as part of the service. Ideally looking for a standard annual garage door service, including inspection, adjustment, lubrication and safety checks, and fixing the intermittent issue if possible. Please let me know your service fee and what is included. If any parts or additional repairs are required, please advise before proceeding.

Had this installed 2 months ago. This is the second time to the opener trolley has disconnected and now does not seem to be lining up properly with the piece below it, so it keeps repetitively disconnecting when we line them up. Steeline garage door opens slowly midway. Likely needs spring adjustment .

I have damaged the bottom section of our double garage door and I am looking for someone to repair it possibly bend it back and put on the weather seal. Our garage door stopped working today, not sure why, it wasn't experiencing issues. The motor seems to be running, the latch on the rail seems to be catching but it's not lifting the door? It's a single door, metal structure.
