Please give me a quote on insulating a standard 2 car garage door.(including materials)

Need my garage door reinstalled after it was dismantled due to renovations. It's a single garage. I may also need a extra panel as the height of the garage opening has increased. The width is the same.

The garage door doesnt open well. The rod seem to have been bent due to excessive usage. Open for offers. Adding 5 $ as the budget as i am not sure how much it is going to cost to fix it.

Single garage door Spring has no tension. Clearly someone thought they could fix and untighened side wheels causing sprint to unwind and loose tension. Cables are all good Sping is not broken Just need tension but don't have right tools , winding bars Must be a professional in the garage area, ABN and insured. Need receipt. 1- re key job for 2x garage doors as pictured , the original key for both have been lost , please note will probably need to provide the horizontal bars for the inside of the lock as they are missing 2- install one internal door handle for a toilet (will be provided) 3- minor screwing and adjustment for internal locks

Door is external entry to garage. Also, do the replacing of a bathroom lockable doorknob (provided).

I have two garage remote control, one old, one new. The new key is not pairing with the receiver, it can detect signal but not opening/closing doors. After multiple failed attempts all memories lost and old key is not working now. it is now setting on "error", not accepting new pairing. I need two remote control set up for my garage door.

Garbage door lock to be replaced

1. Realign powder room sliding door so that it can slide and close smoothly. Currently, it cannot closed. 2. Realign garage door/locking mechanism. Door is not aligned and requires strong force to close. Lock mechanism also not aligned.
