Hi, I need an experienced handyman or locksmith to install a brand new Ikonic Digital Entry Lock on the pedestrian door leading into my garage. This would be fresh installation on a standard timber door. Open to offers Lock already bought and photo attached.

Looking for a handyman or garage door technician to inspect and service my automatic garage door. The door functions fine (opens and closes normally), but it makes a persistent noise during operation.  I have already applied garage door spray lubricant, but it hasn't resolved the issue.

As per my description my garage door motor will not work

TMT automation Garage door was pulled down manually while electricity was out. Later we tried to reset pulley and turn it on...motor unit keeps saying SF and wouldn't work.

i have a garage door made out of sedder, i just need someone to paint over the protective coatc that i will purchase on the front oand back of the garage - potentially light sand first.. then i just need the interal door paited natural white - i have hte paint for (probably x 2 coats... The measurements of the garage door is 5metres wide by 2.4 high & the internal door is 2.040 high x 86cm wide (i haveput up pictures of both. you will need to provide your own paint brush / rollers etc - i will have the paint..

Had this installed 2 months ago. This is the second time to the opener trolley has disconnected and now does not seem to be lining up properly with the piece below it, so it keeps repetitively disconnecting when we line them up. Needing someone to fix it and then show me how to fix this as it keeps happening.
