TMT automation Garage door was pulled down manually while electricity was out. Later we tried to reset pulley and turn it on...motor unit keeps saying SF and wouldn't work.

Just discovered 4 spiders (3 red back and 1 unidentified black spider living behind a web) on our garage door and would love someone to come and kill them humanely by squishing them and then to clean up the webs. Hopefully today if possible.

Garage door is closing but struggles to open

Had this installed 2 months ago. This is the second time to the opener trolley has disconnected and now does not seem to be lining up properly with the piece below it, so it keeps repetitively disconnecting when we line them up. Needing someone to fix it and then show me how to fix this as it keeps happening.

One side the garage door railing seems to be loose! It still works but it needs fixing!
