Having trouble opening our garage door. The cable has snapped and has been replaced. Since then, the tensioner spring needs to be adjusted and requires the tools to adjust which I dont have.

Have a old garage roller door, had a old lenlok locking system on it that we did not have the key for, also one of the locking arms was snapped off.
