B&D Garage door installation only We have a work available in dromana which we priced. This is a brand new build and need to install B&D door. The door would be supplied onsite. Need to be installed ONLY ON A SAT. We run a garage door company and would like to subbies out this task due to our labour limitations. We will have 2 X junior techs on site with you to assist/ learn.

Well, I was moving out of my house, I set my garage door to manual so I could open it and close it faster, since trying to put the setting back onto the motor, it does not seem to engage and now the motor is not responding to either the remote or to the manual button on the motor unit itself. It would be great to be able to fix it before the end of my lease which is on 16 April however even if it is fixed, it is going to have to do as it needs to be fixed.

Remove (scrab) rust from steel lintel above garage door. Rust thickness is maybe 2mm. Lintel is 245cm long. Clean rust on front, back and bottom of lintel. Maybe electrical sand blaster or wired brush needed. See photos - above garage door.
