2 hinges broken, needs replacement

Automatic garage door opener has stopped working. Unit still has power and and makes a sound like the chain has slipped off the rotator mechanism when it tries to function.

Not responding to remote Key not available

Need this garage door cut and a piece welded in so that it closes up the gap

Garage roller door not opening/closing. Same issue with the buttons on the motor and the remote (ie. the remote isn't the issue). There's power to the motor (lights on the panel come on). Door can be manually opened/closed. Initially when I was pressing the open/close buttons on the remote the motor was making a clicking sound but this has now stopped.

The gears/cogs on my Remoteadoor branded garage door opener are worn out and need replacement. The gears/cogs are 3.5 and 4cm in diameter. New photos attached

Remote control operated motor is working but chain has seized up, perhaps? Door opens and closes smoothly when disengaged. It just happened the once and then hasn’t operated since. Would have to be 25-30 years old.

The springs have fallen off at one side of the garage door. Reattach spring back. The first pic is the one needs to be reattached, the second pic is what it looks like before it falls apart

Need to replace lock barrel of new installed side garage door. New door has dead lock and normal door handle lock. Want barrel locks to match rest of external doors. Have one old barrel from old door that could help.
