I need a garage door expert to troubleshoot and repair my Gliderol Genesis automatic garage door. The motor runs and chain moves. The door opens but does not close. I’ve re-engaged the manual release but did not help. Someone with experience with these garage doors and mechanisms. There is one loose bolt on the actual garage door.

When I open, it stops halfway, have to close it again then it opens on 2nd attempt sometimes take 3-4 goes. When it stops halfway the light flashes on and off a few times.
