Simple garage electric garage door has always worked and is now only coming down about a third of the way, it then seems to get stuck and it then goes back up. It’s been manually closed for now

Garage door something drop, and need reinstalled

I have two garage remote control, one old, one new. The new key is not pairing with the receiver, it can detect signal but not opening/closing doors. After multiple failed attempts all memories lost and old key is not working now. it is now setting on "error", not accepting new pairing. I need two remote control set up for my garage door.
