We currently have a single garage - brick external with pull down door; interior door to house. We are hoping to convert this to a room - ideally meeting council specifications for a ‘bedroom’. Looking for a registered tradesman with QBCC so that we can get council approval etc. Nil plumbing required, electricity to light/powerpoints already. Hopeful for a rough quote - looking for project to be completed within 6 months. Dimensions 3.1x5.4m. Thank you!

Paint walls and skirting of a recent garage conversion to bedroom. Also require front of house cladding painted as well. Room size is 17.5m2. Paint needs to be included in quote. Tiling and skirting is due for completion by 4 March so preferred start date after this.
