Metal frame supporting arm chair has bent out of shape and is digging into back of the chair. The last 2 photos are what our other chair looks like and what it should look it for reference. Supplier doesn't have a repair service and wont replace under warranty. We are an office located in Martin Place. On site repair is ideal.
