One of the screws holding the seat cushion on my wooden ergonomic kneeling chair has stripped out of the wood, causing the cushion to wobble. See photo for model details. When the OSIM massage chair is turned on it makes a beeping sound and a low churning and does not function. The remote also flashes (see photo showing how it lights up).
