I need a custom wooden platform built to raise the height of my office chair relative to my fixed desk. The platform needs to be: • Dimensions: 1300mm x 1400mm • Height: 45mm • Usage: Must support a rolling office chair without flexing or damage • Finish: I’d like the top surface to blend in with my existing timber floorboards, which are around 250–260mm wide and have a medium-brown tone with a subtle grain pattern (photo attached). A clean, natural look that complements the floor is preferred. • Mobility: Should be sturdy but movable—ideally under 25kg—with discreet handles or hand cutouts • Further details: Trimmed edges, bevelled sides, and felt or rubber feet underneath to protect the wooden floor The platform will sit in a home office in Mosman, NSW. I’m looking for someone experienced in carpentry or joinery, preferably a licensed professional, who can build and deliver the platform. We have outdoor furniture (four seats and a couch)with elastic webbing which supports the seat cushions that is sagging and needs to be replaced. I can buy the replacement elastic webbing but would like someone to install it for me onsite.

A cane chair has a broken leg. I have bought a MDF screw-in leg from Bunnings but that may not the best solution to repair the wooden chair leg. I will need advice. The table top is 820in diameter and consists of Mosaic tiles in a pattern. Some have fallen off on the top and also on the sides. See photos. I have spare tiles available. The white ones are 25mm square and the black ones are 20mm square, both taken from sheets of small tiles. Some would be reusable or I have new tiles also. Again, I will take advice. Both jobs may be within the scope of an experienced handyperson or they could be separated. - Due date: Flexible

ikea cabinet has broken off the wall and needs to be fixed and replace a glass panel on timber door (30 by 27cm) - Due date: Flexible

Round aluminium table and six chairs to be painted. Two coats. Two seater timber/iron seat needs undercoating and then painting - two different colours. Needs metal undercoating as well as timber. Two final coats. Old timber bench/stool with iron legs, needs timber slab seat replaced, sanded, undercoated and painted. Will need electric drill with long bit for this. - Due date: Flexible

2 pieces of furniture- one steel coffee table needs repair where the weld has come apart. its a chrome finish on the table (or polished stainless steel (Im not sure) but that shouldnt affect the look of the weld. Also a zinc (not sure) garden chair needs fixing. - Due date: Flexible

This piece of furniture is a 150cm console table & has been delivered to a customer and arrived damaged during transit. The frame is made from ply wood, coated in plaster, sanded back and painted white. I need this restored for my customer back to its original state. I can supply materials needed to fix this job. A storage unit comprised of 3 panels - one panel needs to be unscrewed/removed and the new panel needs to be screwed/assembled on. Also, the rails internally need to be screwed on properly which holds shelf. To assemble, you have to remove the lacquered top. To do this, open the lateral doors and remove from the inside the 2 screws (one on each side) on the internal top of the wooden cabinet structure. Then remove the lacquered top and proceed to assemble the doors. (Reference video available) DM me for more details, and video instructions for assembly. Please note, this is an expensive unit and Italian made. Workmanship will need to be done very meticulously. - Due date: Flexible

Furniture carpenter to repair wonky mirror so it stands straight. Also, the two circled joints are loose. The timber is just sitting together. It was from Indonesia and originally just glued but it will need screws to make them strong. Doing this may fix the wonky angle but if not, it will also need straightening. - Due date: Flexible

Use paste (supplied) to clean frame of 8 chairs and frame of table to remove stain marks and then wipe with protector liquid. Paste and protector liquid supplied. Will most likely take around 6 hours work - Due date: Flexible
