End of lease clear out from apartment on 6th floor (there is a small lift). We have a whole apartment's worth of furniture all in good quality including sofa, hard wood dining table, chairs, fridge, dryer, 2 x beds and mattresses, storage units. All needs removing and disposing of / recycling / you could probably sell a lot of it and make decent buck. We just dont have the storage space or time to do so ourselves. Some of the stuff will presumably need dismantling to remove. We also have a load of construction materials left over by a previous tenant in the basement that needs taking away.
