KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : OPERATIONS FROM 7AM to 5PM • Safely transport furniture, decor, and staging materials on time while ensuring proper handling and effective use of all company equipment to maintain safety and prevent damage. • Assist in loading and unloading items, ensuring safe and secure handling to prevent damage. • Accurately complete daily inventory checks to ensure all necessary items (furniture, accessories, and tools) are present. • Provide a daily summary report to your line manager on the status of deliveries and collections. • Check and promptly report any issues or required maintenance of the fleet repairs. • Ensure the safety of team members at all times, promptly reporting any immediate hazards to management. • Demonstrate exceptional customer service, problem-solving skills, and maintain a positive attitude when communicating with internal and external stakeholders. • Be a well regarded member of our close-knit, passionate, hard working team. Qualifications: Valid Australian or International driver's license. Proficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Previous experience in furniture removal or logistics role (preferred). Ability to safely lift and move heavy items. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
