Disassembly work is fairly complex and needs to be done before removing from room. Puece of furniture is a combined bed/des/cupboard. Happy for worker to kerp piece of furniture, it is in good condition and eould be sellable or can be kept and reassembled.

One is a king and one is a queen - these are typical design, no pistons or storage features. For this you can quote fixed priced, or an hourly rate. I am happy with either but I imagine an hourly rate works out fairer as you don't know how easy/hard these are to do yet. It is possible for 1 person to do it, but 2 might find it easier.
