Find a local floorboard profesional in St Ives NSW

We've recently removed some carpet near our staircase and uncovered hardwood floorboards (approx. 1000mm x 1040mm). Unlike the rest of the hallway, this section hasn't been sanded or polished. We're looking for someone to sand back the wood, stain and finish (lacquer/deal/protect) this small area so it blends in with the surrounding floorboards as closely as possible. We're aware the colour may not be a perfect match, and that's completely fine. Please note that you'll need to supply your own tools and materials, as we don't have any available.

I need assistance with laying down ram board to protect timber floors. This will be an hourly rate of $50 per hour I imagine will take 2-3 hours. Thursday evening or early Friday morning. I will provide the board and masking tape.

Need to patch up missing tiles with wood planks to the same level as existing tiles to fill in the gap. We will be pouring a screen over the tiles/wooden planks followed by laminate flooring. - Due date: Before Thursday, 23 November 2023
