I have one floor board that is warped and in need of repair

I have bought the skirting boards just need someone to install them. 1 bedroom and a living room

I need around 50 liner meters of skirting boards to be installed. The skirting is the 90mm and 2.7m each.

Replace/install some timber laminate hybrid floorboards where we had a kitchen renovation done (about 4sqm in total). We have the new floorboards ready to be cut and laid.

Current laminate has discoloured so cupboards in kitchen and laundry needs to be re-laminated . Not that many to do as I’m replacing the cupboards above the head so only ground level cupboards needs to be redone.

I’m looking for someone to assist with installing our skirting boards. The house never had them so no removal is required. Damaged area needing repair for end of lease inspection. Would ideally like floorboards to be repaired (only the damaged sections) but open to "presentable" fixes like putty/pen etc. Whatever makes the most sense. I need someone to supply and install skirting boards in all the rooms on the ground level of my house besides the wet areas and kitchen. There's a living room, dining, hallway and entrance with timber floors and a master bedroom and study which is going to have carpet laid. There's 3 small steps too. You could start on Wednesday 4 June after the painters have left. I would like bedroom and study done before 9 June when carpet goes in but the rest can be done after that.
