We had engineered floorboards installed over an old floor vent without getting it covered/filled (big mistake) so after a few years I’ve finally put a foot through it. Need someone to come take a look, get it filled/covered and replace a few boards with the spares we have.

I’m converting a small storage room into a study nook and need floorboards installed to cover an exposed concrete subfloor where built-in cabinets were recently removed. The job involves three tasks: 1. Lay Floorboards ∙ Install supplied (matching) floating floorboards to match the existing light timber flooring in the adjoining area ∙ Boards need to butt up neatly to the existing flooring at the threshold ∙ The subfloor is bare concrete with some old adhesive residue from removed cabinetry – light prep/levelling will be needed before laying ∙ Please bring underlay – I don’t have any on hand 2. Install Skirting Boards ∙ Install supplied skirting boards around the perimeter of the are as shown in the photos to finish the floor edges clean 3. Patch Holes in the Wall ∙ There are a few holes and damage spots in the walls left over from the cabinet removal ∙ Please patch and prep the walls ready for painting – I will do the painting myself, so just needs to be sanded smooth and ready to go. I will supply the filler for the wall patching. This is a relatively small task for someone that knows what they are doing.

replace around 7 water damaged floorboards - laminate flooring. I have 4 boards available the rest will need to be sourced from existing boards in wardrobes and swapped over with the damaged ones.

Hey i have a living/dining room area at my mothers place where i need roughly 30 square metres of floorboards layer down and stuck to the concrete all material is provided however will need someone with a saw and some adhesive glue and rubber mallet. Saw will need to he used for cutting the boards to size if need be to fit in certain sections.

I want a small area (approx 3-4 square metres) varnished to match the existing floorboards and some areas of the flooring need to be fixed as they have cracks in them. Reliable Person Needed for Furniture Moving and Flooring Removal I’m looking for a reliable and punctual person to assist with the following tasks: - Assist with moving furniture. - Removing existing laminate floorboards (approx. 60-70 sqm) and placing them in the backyard. - Carefully remove Skirting/Architrave - Removing tiles in the kitchen area (tiles are glued to the timber subfloor and are relatively easy to remove). - Scraping glue from the timber subfloor and sanding if needed (scrapper and sander can be provided). I will pay an hourly rate, and you may also be required on the second day to complete the tasks. Availability: Saturday, 1st February. Sunday, 2nd February.
