Ground floor unit in Balaclava / East St Kilda. Carpet, battens and staples have been removed and further preparation of hammering loose nails is required prior to sanding. The floor boards are a variegated red Jarrah hardwood with some stains ( in photos ), the floor boards in main room only squeak and there is a dip of 4mm. At this stage only floor sanding is required, further work will depend on the outcome of the condition of the floor. The floor measures 39 square meters in total. You may like to provide an estimate or quote on site. The job can be done any day, but initially I can only show you the property for inspection between 7:00-8:45 - or after 7:00pm Monday to Friday or any time Saturday s.
