Find an experienced floor repair pro in Parramatta

I need to prep the surface of this basketball court for a full repaint, and I'm looking for someone to fix up the cracks on the court. The court surface is asphalt and there's two long cracks on it. We're not looking to repour a new surface, just repair the one that's currently there.

The house has a small area of floorboard cut out to provide trades access like a manhole. Last week one gave way as I stepped on it. Unsure if it wasn’t replaced properly or was just bad luck. Need the area repaired or covered over.

Timber decking around the pool has become frail and unstable. Several boards are deteriorated, and at least one plank is loose and moves when stepped on, creating a safety hazard—especially in wet conditions. Oak wood scratched, and maybe some chemical to make wet. Can it be polished or sanded?

My hardwood floor in my hallway and bedroom entry area have started to squeak so we need a licensed handyman and or carpenter to attend and fix the issue permanently to stop the floors from squeaking for when we are walking around the home. You must have all your own tools and have prior experience with such an issue and also you must be a licensed handyman and or carpenter.this task can only be done this Friday morning after 9am. Need to fill gaps in kitchen with timber floor.photos attached

Remove and replace 3 - 5 floating floorboards and replace. They are located in front of Bathroom entry with poor ventilation. They have warped and bowed. There may be a minor leak or just humidity issue.

Burn marks on 3 different places on outside deck. Need to fix that. Please see photos

Should be something like stapling back carpet but instead, air stapling back this soft play floor area. Helping check and fix or replace the boards inside depending on the damage. If not bad, just stapling back this soft play together. If needed snd can do, then a big job of redoing the floor boards inside. Apologies before for budget because don’t really have a good idea about how much

Fix sagging floating floor board (tongue and groove). The floor board requires some small support structure underneath to make sure it does not sag.

Laminate floor is not flat in certain section due to poor installation. Requires repair. Repair has been attempted previously, improvement was achieved but it remains unresolved. I have spare floor panels. It's a floating floor, easy to remove.
